No, of course not. The harm of cigarettes is very obvious. I always say, that smoke enters the body and travels throughout it, causing damage everywhere before exiting!

There are also many people who smoke but don't get cancer?
Yes, about twenty percent of the population has a body that is more resistant to cigarettes. But they still have to deal with other serious lung diseases related to smoking. As for cancer, we now know that nothing directly causes cancer or has the power to prevent it.

You recommend vitamin D, but...
Yes, it's very important. We used to think that people in Africa ate greens and didn't live stressful lives, so they got cancer less often. We now know that's not the case. Vitamin D levels are very high due to the sun. On the contrary, the incidence of cancer increases significantly as you go towards Scandinavian countries. Because there is no sun there either. The reason for this has recently been understood. If vitamin D levels are high in the body, it blocks the path to cancer and prevents it.

What is the best way to get vitamin D?
The sun isn't what it used to be; it's harmful now. That's why I never recommend going out in direct sunlight. My recommendation is this: If you don't frequently suffer from kidney stones, put one ampoule of vitamin D in a tablespoon of olive oil every month. You drink half of it, and the other half goes to someone close to you. Doing this once a month is sufficient, and it's incredibly cheap. Vitamin D has a protective effect against infections and cancer. Even the risk of Alzheimer's is related to vitamin D. Vitamin D is a neglected substance because it is very cheap. No one profits from it, so even though its benefits are known, it is not particularly recommended. The Russians are the ones conducting research on vitamin D. We learned about the research results by translating from them!

Sugar is the cause of many diseases
Is it true that smokers should not take vitamins A, E, and C through unnatural means?
That's completely irrelevant. Smokers may have a vitamin C deficiency, but it's not known what this leads to. But get your vitamin C through natural means; that's the best way.

Sugar is seen as poison. You also say you definitely don't use it. Is the situation really that bad? How can families keep young children away from it?
Sugar is very, very harmful. Young children have a very high growth rate and need energy, so it might be more reasonable for them, but as they reach adolescence, we need to educate them to break this habit. Otherwise, obesity and being overweight are among the biggest problems in the world.

Is sugar harmful because of this, or is it harmful because it is directly linked to cancer?
Obese people already have a high risk of cancer. Sugar is a substance that paves the way for all kinds of diseases. Humanity didn't use such a substance until recently. It's been in our lives for 500 years. There's also a reaction to wheat in the human body now. We need to limit that too. But sugar is the main culprit! We must cut it out. I convinced my 12-year-old daughter about this, and she doesn't use it anymore.

Well, is there no food you can't resist?
Look, there are no absolute prohibitions. If you really crave something, of course you'll taste it. But in reasonable amounts and not frequently. I believe in the Paleo Diet. People don't need to walk around with a list. The basic idea is this: what was available thousands of years ago, what was eaten? Meat, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit. Nothing else! Anything canned or packaged is harmful.

The reliability of fresh foods is also debatable...
Yes, we have this problem. The pesticides used to grow these vegetables are extremely harmful to health. I have an olive grove with a 40-square-meter stone hut. I take care of it myself and use a special solution developed by a Japanese person for the olives, for example. It kills everything harmful and is not harmful to health. It is also extremely cheap. Such solutions should be used. By the way, we must definitely increase our consumption of olive oil. It is beneficial for everything and has many disease-preventing effects.

How much does sleep affect the immune system?
You absolutely need to sleep 7 hours. Nighttime sleep is very important for health. For example, night shift workers have a higher risk of cancer.
